Welcome paper-lover, we are happy to have you!
Please contact the studio via email or phone with your event specifics
so we can get a better idea of your stationery needs. Please tell us your
wedding date and location, guest count, your paper needs and any
design ideas you may have (or if you’ve seen a design on our website
you love please let us know the name).

Once we know the basics, we will have you in for a design consultation
so we can get started creating the design of your dreams. If you are not
going to be in the Charleston area that is no problem, we have plenty
of remote brides – the phone and email works well too.

Let’s get creative!
This is the time to look at samples, feel papers, talk colors/patterns and
narrow down your design ideas. A design is sketched out and an estimate
is prepared for review. Once approved, a 50% deposit check is due to start
on the design and you are added to our proofing calendar. (The balance is
due upon completion/pickup.)

Let the sketch become a reality!
Studio R will create a pdf proof set that is emailed to you within 2 weeks
from receipt of deposit payment. We are serious about you loving your
design so we work hard to make things exactly the way you want it. We
will perfect the proof set until you are in love (apparently it’s a wedding
theme) … and approve the design for print.

Sign, Seal, Deliver!
The approved files go into production phase which takes 3 weeks from
print approval. We carefully print and assemble your designs and pack
them up for delivery so you can stuff, stamp and mail. Things tend to get
real here … in a good way!
