Designers at Studio R are very hands on and work in a team environment. This position will cover all elements of wedding stationery from design, printing, production, assembly and packaging. Each step along the way requires extensive attention to detail, lot’s of multi-tasking, and of course, creativity

Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign)

Comfortable speaking directly with clients (brides and wedding planners), both in meetings and professional email correspondence

Will be designing everything from Save the Dates and Invitations to Menus, Programs, and Signage, you must really love Wedding Stationery

Time will be divided between computer design and production. Production includes lining envelopes, trying ribbons, printing envelopes, packing orders… All tasks take place during studio hours

Typography and layout skills are critical

Must be organized and be able to stick to a timeline, you will be working with many brides at once

Position will be filled by January 2023. Designer needs to be local to Charleston
